Since the start of the pandemic, many things have changed, both in our economic context and in our ways of doing things. We wanted to inform you of the adjustment of our services in this direction. Since June, our entire team has been back to work to provide you with the unparalleled service you know. However, some security and prevention measures have been put in place and we wanted to notify you :
For clients who come to our facility :
- Mask is required
- Only one client at a time in the store
- Mandatory hand disinfection on arrival
- You must stay in the red square indicated on the ground
- We prefer payment by credit / debit card
Note that it is also possible to call us so that we can prepare your order, thus making contactless pick-up possible.
For visits from clients and/or suppliers :
- They are limited to essentials and by appointment only
- Meetings by videoconference are preferred
All our employees, in addition to other measures applied internally, :
- Must wear the mask when walking within the company
- Must disinfect their hands on arrival and regularly throughout the day
- Must sign the daily log that they have no symptoms
- Must be tested if there is any doubt
We are therefore implementing several measures to limit the spread of the virus. Our whole team respects these rules and does what they can in this regard, and we hope you will all do the same !
